Orders usually require 2–5 business days for payment verification, packaging, and product inspection before shipment.

During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies for supported shipping destinations regardless of order size.

• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–21 business days

Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs procedures, local carriers, weather conditions, or shipping demand.

3. Order Tracking

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
• Temporary tracking delays do not necessarily indicate that a package has been lost.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees required by their country.
• Vyrelthic™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international clearance procedures.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement after verification.
